This season, we’ve brought back a selection of your all-time favourites, revamped a few dishes, and added exciting new options inspired by your feedback. Whether you’re looking for something light and fresh or hearty and flavourful, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
What’s New?
Middle Eastern Lamb Souvlaki
Tender lamb wrapped in soft pita bread, filled with crisp lettuce, onion, cucumber, and tomato, finished with a tangy house-made white BBQ sauce.
Za’atar Roasted Cauliflower Pita
Flavourful roasted cauliflower with creamy hummus, amber sauce, pickled red onion, cabbage, and a fresh herb salad.
Smoked Salmon Bagel
A classic combination of smoked salmon, pickled red onion, dill, capers, and tomato, served on a fresh bagel.
Grilled Salmon
Perfectly grilled salmon paired with a crispy potato rosti, charred asparagus, cucumber, cherry tomato salsa, and lemon oil drizzle.
Pesto Linguine
Linguine tossed in house-made pesto, crispy bacon lardons, blistered cherry tomatoes, and topped with parmesan cheese.
Charred Lamb Rump
Succulent lamb rump served with eggplant purée, crushed herbed potatoes, olives, capsicum, and peppery roquette.

Crispy, golden chorizo croquettes served with a smoky, spiced romesco sauce.
Cured Ocean Trout Salad
Lightly cured ocean trout with horseradish potatoes, radish, dill, and a fresh mixed salad.
Ancient Grain Salad
A vibrant mix of pomegranate, za’atar roasted cauliflower, feta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, marinated artichokes, and sumac vinaigrette.

A classic salad featuring shredded carrot, iceberg lettuce, feta cheese, tomato, and cucumber, finished with a lemon and toasted sesame dressing.
