The SVGC Heritage Committee is thrilled to extend a warm invitation to all members and their guests to join us for the official opening of our spectacular Outdoor Terrace on Friday April 26th.

Highlights of the Event:

Delicious BBQ Dinner: Our talented volunteer Chef, Steve Adams will be skillfully manning the BBQ tongs, preparing mouthwatering steaks cooked to perfection. Dinner service begins promptly at 6:00pm. The cost is $40.00 per person, and RSVP is mandatory via our online timesheet. This allows the Heritage Committee to arrange catering and ensure a delightful dining experience for everyone.
Pre-Booked Golf: For those attending dinner and who fancy a round of golf before the festivities commence, golfing slots are available from 12:00noon onwards. Guests are also welcome to join in the golfing fun. To secure your golfing spot, please contact the Golf Service Centre for pre-bookings. Standard guest green fees apply ($95.00).
Terrace Unveiling and Celebrations: Be among the first to witness the grand unveiling of our newly furnished Outdoor Terrace. Join the Heritage Committee for an afternoon of jubilant celebrations as we toast to this exciting milestone.

How to Reserve Your Spot:

To ensure we cater to all attendees adequately, it’s crucial to book your spot in advance. Please RSVP for the BBQ dinner via our online timesheet. Additionally, if you plan to partake in golfing activities, don’t forget to pre-book your slot through the Golf Service Centre. Bookings close on Tuesday 23rd April.

Important Note:

For attendees with specific dietary requirements, please provide the details to our reception as soon as possible, ensuring our team can accommodate your needs. Members accounts will be charged prior to the event.
