May Course Report
We have enjoyed some good rainfall at the start of May with 31mm falling already, more than any month this year. The weather is continuing to cool down as we approach winter but no frosty mornings yet.

Weekends Pennant Action
The final round of the season finished with our Men fell short against Kooringal and narrowly missed making the final while the Sunday Women’s team had an unbelievable win against the odds to remain in Division 2 for next season edging out a hard-fought 4 & 3 victory. The Friday women finished off the season with a loss to Latrobe but also avoided relegation in their first season in Division 3.

Heatherton Park- Improvement works.
Members using our Heatherton road entrance will have noticed that the City of Kingston has undertaken soil cover improvement works at the Heatherton Park closed landfill site.
Notice from the Board – The National Golf Club
Since the cessation of the above-mentioned negotiations, there has been speculation on Radio SEN and a golf podcast, “Inside the Ropes,” that The National has approached Spring Valley Golf Club to investigate a potential merger. On behalf of the Board, I can categorically advise this has not occurred.
