When the teams arrived for the matches the wind was howling, after 3 holes the siren sounded to stop proceedings. With tree branches falling everywhere and not many points amassed players were talking of an exodus to the bar!!

But the conditions eased after 30mins and play resumed.

The best individual score for the Valley was Murray Billing 34pts and the consistent Craig Martin 33pts for the Grange.

Best 4BBB was Steve Ellis and Nick Venditti 40pts.
