We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the members who took the time to complete our online survey. Your invaluable suggestions and comments have played a pivotal role in shaping our new menu, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy the delicious offerings we’ve prepared.
A Thoughtfully Crafted Menu: Our new menu is designed to cater to every preference and appetite. It’s structured for easy navigation: “Something Small” for a light bite or snack, “Something Larger” for a satisfying lunch, and the all-new “After 3” menu, available Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, featuring popular after golf snack and dinner options for those staying into the afternoon. We’re also continuing some of your favourites, such as the “Make Your Own Sandwiches” and convenient “Take Home Meals.”
Irresistible “Grab and Go” Options: Based on your feedback, we’ve expanded our “Grab and Go” selection. Along with our standard fridge selections, hot pies and pastries, Red Rock Deli selections, Chocolate and Muesli Bars, we’ve add our house-made Spring Valley Trail Mix, perfect for snacking or fueling your golf game. Also, don’t miss our Spring Valley Beer Nut Mix. Made in house and roasted with a sweet Cajun spice –it’s a fantastic companion to a cold beer with friends.
Fresh Spring Specials: Our daily specials menu will also continue throughout spring. Additionally, beginning next week, we’re re-introducing our “Salad of the Day” option to complement our existing “Soup of the Day” and “Sandwich of the Day” selections. For those seeking lighter and fresher meal choices, this is a perfect addition.
Standout Additions: Get ready to tantalise your taste buds with some exquisite new dishes and chef’s suggestions:
- SALT AND PEPPER SQUID: Tender squid with zesty lemon, aioli, and dressed leaves.
- SWEET POTATO AND MUSHROOM TOSTADAS: Topped with chipotle and lime crema.
- BRUSCHETTA: Featuring confit tomatoes, whipped ricotta, fennel seed, and almond dukkah.
- VIETNAMESE LETTUCE CUPS: With glazed ham hock, tamarind caramel, vermicelli noodle salad, and roasted peanuts.
